ABOUT THE FOUNDER
From working with small satellite contracting companies to the largest satellite TV provider in the world, I have spent the last 15+ years in the industry striving to better the viewing experience and to enhance the overall satellite installation experiences for thousand of homeowners and renters in Northern California.
Throughout my years of being an infield technician, one question I would get the most, would be who is responsible of removing and disposing the satellite dish, if and when I switch providers? The truth is the homeowner or renter is responsible however that is not what customers want to hear.
I have spent a huge chunk of time explaining to customers in my tenure, that the “dish” is the responsibility of the homeowner or renter, and my company does not allow us to remove or dispose of any satellite dish! Ever! After hearing horror stories of customers spending countless hours on the phone with their satellite provider just to be told, Sorry you own the “dish”, and it is up to you to remove and properly dispose of.
